Genuine Porsche coolant cap. This is the "service" cap for Boxster and Cayman models from 2005 to 2012. This is not the pressurized cap, but has a simple rubber seal on the bottom. As these parts age the seal can become hard and brittle allowing for minor leaks and a loss of pressure and cooling system performance. If you're experiencing a coolant loss both this and the pressurized cap should be checked and if any sign of damage, age or wear is present they should be replaced.
