Very high quality European manufactured silver zinc coated steel wheel lug bolt, available in several lengths. Manufactured with the Porsche-specific R14 radius ball-seat design these are a perfect replacement for your worn, damaged or aesthetically challenged factory lug bolts. They also feature an integrated swivel washer, ensuring proper torque settings can be reached without friction losses between the wheel lug seat and your lug bolt. Durable zinc coating helps resist corrosion.
Factory replacement length is 28mm. Longer lengths are available for fitment of aftermarket designs which may required a different thread length, or for fitment of spacers for aesthetic or performance reasons.
Whenever you replace your lug bolts with a version of different length you should always take care to verify that the proper number of threads are engaged into the hub. The rule of thumb is that the number of engaged threads of the bolt (that is, making contact with the hub threads when torqued) should be equal to or just over the diameter of the bolt, in this case 14mm. This is typically 8-10 threads at M14x1.5. Be sure to take the rotor thickness into account when verifying. Anything less than the proper number of engaged threads can cause a dangerous on-road condition or damage to the hub, while excessive bolt length can damage other suspension and braking components such as spindles, uprights or ABS components
